Data we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may receive:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your business name and the services you are interested in;
- your message and any information you choose to send us;
- billing details and selected services when you start an order;
- limited technical data converted into a one-way identifier to prevent abuse.
We do not request or store card details. Card payments are handled on the payment provider’s secure page.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote, confirm an order, deliver the agreed service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in protecting forms from abuse.
Who may receive the data
We may use providers acting on our behalf for hosting and database services (Cloudflare), email delivery, payment processing when online payments are enabled, and accounting. They receive only the data required for their role. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Storage and security
Messages sent through our forms are stored in encrypted form in a private database. The database is not available through a public webpage, and access secrets are never included in browser code.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 12 months after the last conversation, then deleted or anonymised. Active project data is kept throughout the engagement, and accounting records for the period required by law. We may retain strictly necessary information longer where required by law or for a dispute.
We use encrypted connections, data validation, CSRF protection and request rate limiting. No technical measure can remove every risk, but we restrict access and keep only the data we need.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
